The City of Brier has issued a Determination of Nonsignificance for a subdivision request for the Dreams Plat Project, located at 22215 Brier Road.
The applicant submitted a plat application requesting to subdivide one lot into five lots. The total area of all of the properties is 2.31 acres. It contains one residence and a detached garage. The property is mostly vegetated.
The proposal will create five lots; all 12,500 square feet. All of the lots will take access from a proposed road (223rd Pl. SW.) extending from Brier Road to the west, connecting to Old Poplar Way to the east by way of the Wynbrook Plat. For stormwater management the developer has proposed a detention pond.
The City of Brier Planning Department has determined that it does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement is not required under law. This decision was made after review by the City of Brier of a completed environmental checklist on file with this agency. This information is available for public review upon request. A public hearing has not yet been scheduled. The responsible official is Nicole Gaudette, City Planner, 2901 228th St. SW. Brier. The comment period closes June 30 and the appeal period closes July 14. Comments may be directed to the City of Brier Attn: City Clerk 2901 228th Street SW Brier.
