Seuan Richards, the owner of the Red Onion restaurant in Mountlake Terrace, has filed to run for Mountlake Terrace City Council Position 7, which John Zambrano will be seeking re-election of.

Also running for Position 7 is Community Policing Advisory Board member, Kim Michel.
