Northbound I-5 traffic was slowed in the late afternoon and early evening Saturday after a vehicle spun around and ended up facing the wrong direction off the right shoulder just north of the Mountlake Terrace Transit Center. The female driver (and only occupant of the vehicle) was uninjured; no other vehicles were involved in the incident. (Photo by Doug Petrowski)
