Mark your calendars, dachshund devotees: World Dachshund Day 2026 is being celebrated at Edmonds Civic Park from 2-5 p.m. Sunday, June 28.
The celebration will be at the Shade Pavilion in Edmonds Civic Park, located at 6th Avenue and Bell Street in Edmonds. The highlight of the afternoon is a group photo at 3 p.m. followed by a community parade around the park’s perimeter walking path.
The gathering also serves as a fundraiser for Hearts4Doxies Rescue, an organization dedicated to rescuing and rehoming dachshunds in need.
