Seattle Tae Kwon Do in Mountlake Terrace is hosting a CPR/First Aid class on February 5th from 12:30pm-5pm. The cost is $35 and the class is open to adults and children. Seattle Tae Kwon Do owner, Brandon Richards, is an American Heart Associaiton Certified CPR/First Aid Instructor as well as a graduate of the MLT Police Citizen’s Acdemy and as the FBI Citizen’s Academy. Richard’s says Seattle Tae Kwon Do is dedicated to geting everyone in the community trained in these life-saving skills.
