Want to know if you qualify for the senior property tax exemption? Need questions answered before you spend time gathering the documentation to prepare the application?Want tips on how to save time applying?

Attend a free drop-in information session from 2-3:30 p.m. Monday, April 13 at the Edmonds Public Library’s large meeting room. No appointment is necessary.

This session is open to Snohomish County homeowners who are at least 62 years old and had a net income less than $75,000 last year. A member of the Tax Volunteers of Edmonds group, Theresa Hollis, will do a high-level assessment to determine if you qualify.

Documents you need to bring:

· 2025 Federal Income Tax return
· Form 1099 B if you sold stocks, bonds or mutual funds in 2025
