Juneteenth celebration planned June 14 at Mountlake Terrace Library and Civic Campus

Sno-Isle Libraries and The Access Project will host “Juneteenth: More Than a Day” from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, June 14, at the Mountlake Terrace Library and Civic Campus, 23300 58th Ave. W.

This free event will celebrate African American Emancipation Day with live music, speakers, food, vendors and community activities focused on culture, reflection and connection.

Attendees can enjoy music performances, networking opportunities, free food and local vendors throughout the day.

The event is presented in partnership with The Access Project and the City of Mountlake Terrace. Visit the library’s website for more information.
