The Mountlake Terrace City Council at its Thursday, July 9 meeting will review an ordinance and resolution adopting a development agreement with Sierra Construction and concurrent zoning changes for the proposed Terrace Station 5 multifamily housing development at 6002 237th St. S.W. The agreement would also formalize the rules for the proposed development, including consistency with the City’s Comprehensive Plan.
The Council will also:
- Consider an interlocal agreement with the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services to provide respite care services.
- Review with the city manager an ordinance amending the City’s 2026 budget. The amendments reflect updated fund balances, delayed vehicle purchases, a previously approved $2 million line of credit between city funds, and revised timelines for capital projects that were delayed from 2025 to 2026.
This meeting will start at 7 p.m. July 9 at Mountlake Terrace City Hall, 23204 58th Ave. W., Mountlake Terrace. To attend the meeting online, visit zoom.us/join and enter meeting ID 810 1113 9518; no passcode is needed.
