Friends, family and community members are invited to a candlelight vigil for 24-year-old Sylvio Kasongo, of Edmonds, on Sunday, Oct. 16 at Lake Ballinger. The vigil will begin at 6 p.m. near the fishing pier.
Kasongo’s body was found in Lake Ballinger on Wednesday, Oct. 5. The cause and manner of death remain under investigation.
Kasongo’s friends describe him as an amazing person with a big, kind heart, who was always in good spirits and uplifting others. Anyone who knew Kasongo or any community members wishing to honor his memory are invited to the vigil on Sunday.
We will miss you Sylvio. Can’t believe your gone. REST IN PEACE AND PARADISE SYLVIO!
