Saturday Seedling Swap

Attention plant enthusiasts! Do you over prepare for your garden and end up with extra seedlings?

Join us at the Brier Library on the third Saturday of every month, May through August, between 11 am and 1 pm to exchange your spare seedlings, extra bulbs, and excess homegrown produce for someone else’s! Meet fellow gardeners and diversify your garden at our monthly Seedling Swap.

Seedlings will be swapped 1 for 1. Be prepared to complete a form for each plant noting variety, sun and water requirements, and any special instructions. (Copies can be made for multiples.) Please ensure your seedlings are free of diseases and pests.

Don’t have a green thumb but still want to participate? Join us for some plant-themed crafting fun. In May we will be painting rocks to use as plant markers for the garden. In June we will make bee watering stations. July’s craft is repainting indoor flower pots. And for August we will make macrame plant hangers
