The Mountlake Terrace Senior Center is hosting a Meet the Candidates event on Thursday, Oct. 16.
The informal gathering will be from noon- 2 p.m. Candidates invited to participate include Snohomish County Executive John Lovick and opponent Carolyn Eslick, Snohomish County Sheriff Ty Trenary and opponent, Jim Upton, District 1 representative candidate Luis Moscoso and opponent Rep. Edward Barton, Sen. Maralyn Chase and opponent Robert Reedy, Rep. Cindy Ru and Rep. Ruth Kagi and opponent Alvin Rutledge.
A light lunch will be served and candidates will have time to speak and mingle with voters.
Real first and last names — as well as city of residence — are required for all commenters.
