Southwest Transfer station to close for repairs

mltnewsSnohomish County is closing the Southwest Recycling and Transfer Station in Mountlake Terrace for repairs to the tipping floor onMay 16-17.

The recycling area will remain open during this period from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The facility will reopen May 18.

During the closure, garbage and yard waste will not be accepted at the Southwest Recycling and Transfer Station. Customers may use Snohomish County’s transfer stations at Airport Road in Everett or in Arlington during the Mountlake Terrace closure.
