The Northwest Neighbors Network and South County Fire will host a free public presentation “What You Should Know When You Call 911” on Thursday, May 21, at the Mountlake Terrace Library.

The presentation will begin at 1:30 p.m. and will focus on what happens during a 911 call, and how individuals and families can prepare important medical and personal information ahead of time. Topics will include providing medication details, physician contact information and insurance information during emergencies.

Shawneri Guzman, community outreach manager for South County Fire, will lead the presentation.

The event is free and open to the public, though seating is limited and registration is requested through Northwest Neighbors Network.

For assistance, contact Alison Pence at 206-718-5474 or call Northwest Neighbors Network at 253-237-2848.
