Mountlake Terrace gunshot victims identified; deaths ruled homicide, suicide

MLtnews logoThe man and woman found dead from gunshot wounds Wednesday in the parking lot at Terrace Creek Park in Mountlake Terrace have been identified by the Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office.

Rosalea K. Flint, a 73-year-old woman from Mountlake Terrace, died as a result of a gunshot wound to the head. She was killed by Russell M. Flint, a 75-year-old man from Mountlake Terrace. He died of a gunshot wound to the head. His death was ruled a suicide.

Police recovered a weapon in the car. The bodies were found in the parked car in the parking lot at Terrace Creek Park after a witness called police around 5 p.m. Terrace Creek Park is located at 23200 48th Ave. W.
