The City of Mountlake Terrace will host its annual National Night Out from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 4, at Evergreen Playfield, 22205 56th Ave. W.
The free, family-friendly event brings together residents, law enforcement, firefighters and city staff for an evening of entertainment, community engagement and public safety activities. National Night Out is held each year on the first Tuesday in August to strengthen relationships between neighbors and public safety agencies.
Activities will include:
- DJ music
- Balloon artist
- Face painting
- Photo booth
- Caricature artist
- Public safety vehicle displays
- Cornhole with police officers
- Performances by the Mountlake Terrace Dance Academy
Visitors will also have an opportunity to explore police, fire and public works vehicles and learn more about the services provided by the city.
