Washington Kids is running a fun and meaningful summer fundraiser that helps local students and families access critical basic needs support.

Through the “Play Games, Support Kids” campaign, supporters can purchase a $20 Dave & Buster’s Power Card online and Washington Kids will receive $10 back from every card sold. The campaign runs now through Aug. 15.

Each Power Card comes loaded with 80–100 chips for gameplay (chip values vary by location), can be redeemed at any Dave & Buster’s location nationwide, and includes waived activation fees. Cards never expire, making them a great option for summer fun, student rewards, birthday gifts or graduation presents.

Funds raised through the campaign will directly support Washington Kids programs that provide food, clothing, school supplies and other essential resources for low-income students and families throughout the community.

“As requests for support continue to rise, community partnerships like this make a real difference,” said Kim Gorney, executive director. “This is an easy and fun way for families, friends, and supporters to help local students while also enjoying a summer outing together.”

Power Cards must be purchased through Washington Kids’ online campaign link to participate.

Washington Kids supports students and their families in the Edmonds School District by providing essential resources such as emergency food, diapers, temporary housing and rental assistance so children can stay in school and families can regain stability.
