Local chefs Rod Gambassi and Marc Adams announced the grand opening of R+M Desserts on Thursday, May 14, at 403 Main St. in Edmonds.
The European-style takeaway boutique will feature many of R+M’s much-loved desserts, previously available only at their Seattle and Bellevue locations. R+M Desserts in Edmonds will offer the chefs’ popular R+M Signature packaged ice cream pints, cookies, gourmet popcorn, ruby chocolate clusters, granolas, nuts and more.
The dessert case will feature guava cheesecake, berry ricotta tarts, chocolate strawberry mousse domes, pistachio cheesecake, Caramelia milk chocolate cremeux, key lime tarts and more.
Guests of R+M Desserts in Edmonds may also choose from a chef-curated selection of wine and non-alcoholic drinks.
“We worked diligently for two years to find a home in Edmonds for R+M Desserts,” Gambassi said. “We are so excited to share our creations with this community.”
Adams said he looks at more than just the neighborhood. “Edmonds is a vibrant community not only for those who live and work here, but for the many people who come to enjoy the beautiful outdoor scenery and many events. We are also open late!”
Guests can visit the downtown Edmonds location and order desserts for delivery via Uber Eats and DoorDash.
