Interested to learn if you qualify for the Senior Property Tax Exemption? Drop in to the property tax workshop at the Edmonds Waterfront Center from 10:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Thursday, June 18 at the Edmonds Waterfront Center, 220 Railroad Ave., to get a free evaluation.
No appointment is necessary. Bring you 2025 federal tax return and Form 1099 B if you sold stocks or bonds.
You must be at least 62 years old and have a household income (gross income less medical, dental, vision deductions) of no more than $75,000 to qualify.
Get your questions answered by this group of community volunteers and learn whether you qualify for a tax cut. Organizers recommend you bring your patience as you’ll be seen on a first-come, first-served basis. Plan to spend an hour in the workshop.
