People traveling on the northbound Interstate 5 express lanes on Saturday, June 27, should plan for lane reductions starting at 7 p.m. for drainage improvements. The express lanes will then fully close to traffic two hours early, at 9 p.m., before reopening at 8 a.m. on Sunday, June 28, in the southbound direction.
