Meadowdale defeated Ferndale 3-1
Meadowdale kept their season alive with the victory over Ferndale. The Mavericks entered the District tournament as the 11th-seeded team and will take on fourth-seeded Stanwood at 4 p.m. on Thursday, May 14, at the Phil Johnson Ballfields with the winning team advancing to the state tournament.

Boys Soccer

District Semi Finals
Shorewood defeated Lynnwood 3-2
The undefeated top-seeded Shorewood Stormrays overcame a 2-1 second half deficit to defeat the fifth-seeded Lynnwood Royals 3-2. The win sends Shorewood to the District Championship game on Saturday to face Shorecrest. Shorewood also qualified for the state tournament with the win.
Lynnwood will have one final opportunity to qualify for the state tournament when they play second-seeded Mount Vernon at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 14, at the Shoreline Stadium.

Playing to a 1-1 tie after regulation and overtime, the Shorecrest Scots defeated the Edmonds-Woodway Warriors on penalty kicks to move on to the District Championship game against top-seeded Shorewood.
Edmonds-Woodway is the tournament’s tenth-seeded team and will play eighth-seeded Snohomish for the final 3A District 1 state tournament berth 5 p.m. Thursday, May 14, at the Shoreline Stadium.

District Semi Finals
The second-seeded Snohomish Panthers advanced to the 3A District 1 Championship game with a 3-2 win over the Edmonds-Woodway Warriors. The win also qualifies the Panthers for the state tournament.
Edmonds-Woodway will move over to the consolation bracket where they will have one final opportunity to advance to the state tournament with a game against fourth-seeded Shorewood at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 16, at the Everett Memorial Stadium. The two teams played twice during the regular season with each team winning one game.
