People traveling on the Interstate 5 express lanes on Tuesday, June 23, and Wednesday, June 24, should plan for lane reductions starting at 7 p.m. for drainage improvements. The express lanes will fully close to traffic at the regularly scheduled time of 11 p.m., before reopening at 5 a.m. the next morning in the southbound direction.
