The City of Mountlake Terrace hosted its first MLT Pride event Friday night.
Organized by the city’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Commission, MLT Pride was held at the Jerry Smith Town Center Plaza. A section of 58th Avenue West was also closed off to accommodate the festivities, which included dance performances, local bands and artists, vendor booths and a pet parade.

This event had a great community vibe! It was really fabulous and more fun than a carload of monkeys! There was good energy all around with young & old folks having fun connecting, being neighborly, getting free stuff, moving to the music and the terrific Drag Queen performances.
Thanks to the organizers ❤️
