The Edmonds Lions Club invites the community to its next regular meeting at noon on Tuesday, April 28 at Pancake Haus in downtown Edmonds where State Sen. Jesse Salomon will discuss the recently concluded legislative session.
Salomon represents the 32nd Legislative District, which includes Shoreline, Woodway, Edmonds, Lynnwood, Mountlake Terrace and Northwest Seattle.
He serves on four Senate committees: Local Government (Chair), Housing, Law & Justice, and Rules. Prior to being elected to the Senate in 2018, he served for seven years on Shoreline City Council. Salomon is a licensed attorney, a former public defender and prosecutor.
The Edmonds Lions Club has served the community for nearly 80 years and is actively growing its membership. The club meets on the second Wednesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. at Maplewood Presbyterian Church and on the fourth Tuesday at noon at Pancake Haus.
